Once an order has been placed and a signed approval form has been received, you are bound by our business agreement published on this website. See our Business Agreement.

If you cancel your translation project after approval, your obligation will be payment for all work performed. Please note that by placing an order with Certified Translation Services you agree with this policy and our Business Agreement.

Customers working with us for the first time will need to remit their payment before the translation project can be released.  Established customers can also pay by credit card or electronic bank transfer. Terms are net 30 days after the completion and delivery of the translation project. If payment is not met by the thirtieth day after receipt of the completed work, Certified Translation Services reserves the right to assess a 10% late fee for every 30 days overdue to the original invoice amount.

As an e-commerce company contracting to do work through the Internet, it is our obligation to be credible to our customers and to those who serve us. Therefore, to remain a successful translation company for our customers it is mandatory for timely contractual payments be made. The result will be fast and accurate work when you need it, as frequently as you need it.
